the player above is for the ten new songs they posted on their myspace... if you want to listen to chopping wood and carrying water you can click the "try / listen" link above... those are on individual song players and downloads though... i have a (.rar) file in the file pile if you don't want to go through the pain of downloading track by track... the 10 new songs in the player above pretty much sound nothing like their other works (until you get halfway through "the sea (demo)") which also sound nothing like the songs on chopping wood which are very similar to some of the panda bear and animal collective acoustic stuff.
the first time i heard king tut (song on this mini-player click the "i" to download) i was like "holy shit". the first time i saw the two of them go at it live - "holy shit"... even though their styles constantly evolve and change... i'm always amazed and enjoy everything they do.
these next two players are tracks that'll be on their 7" ep that'll be released soon and are more of a representation of what they sound like live... just click on the song titles if you want to go to the free download page.
